Position: Tunnel Knee Holmblad
The Holmblad projection demonstrates the intercondylar fossa with the patient kneeling. It evaluates cruciate ligament pathology. Proper positioning requires 60 to 70 degrees of knee flexion. This projection complements Camp Coventry. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
