Position: Tunnel Knee Camp Coventry

The Camp Coventry projection demonstrates the intercondylar fossa. The patient is prone with knee flexed 40 to 50 degrees. This projection evaluates loose bodies and notch pathology. Proper angulation prevents distortion. It is a recognized ARRT special view.
