Position: Pelvis Outlet Trauma

The outlet pelvis projection demonstrates vertical shear injuries. A cephalic angle elongates the pubic rami and sacrum. Proper positioning prevents distortion. This projection complements inlet views. It is a core ARRT trauma competency.
