Position: Pediatric Skull Caldwell

The pediatric Caldwell projection demonstrates frontal bones and orbits. Proper angulation projects petrous ridges into the lower orbits. Immobilization prevents motion. This projection evaluates fractures and sinus disease. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
