Position: Oblique SI Joints
Oblique SI joint projections rotate the patient 25 to 30 degrees to demonstrate the elevated SI joint. They evaluate joint space narrowing and pathology. Proper rotation ensures diagnostic clarity. These projections complement AP SI views. They are frequently tested on ARRT exams.
