Position: IVP Bladder AP

The AP bladder projection demonstrates the bladder filled with contrast. It evaluates reflux, obstruction, and masses. Proper centering ensures full bladder visualization. This projection complements oblique bladder views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
