Position: Fluoro Defecography AP

The AP defecography projection evaluates symmetry of pelvic floor structures. It identifies lateral wall defects and prolapse. Proper centering ensures full pelvic visualization. This projection complements the lateral view. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
