Position: AP Axial Foot
The AP axial foot projection uses a cephalic angle to open tarsometatarsal joint spaces. It improves visualization of the midfoot and forefoot. Proper centering ensures full coverage of metatarsals. This projection is used for trauma and deformity evaluation. It complements standard AP foot views.
