Position: Facial Bones Reverse Waters

The reverse Waters projection is used when the patient cannot extend the neck. It demonstrates the maxillary sinuses and orbital floors. Proper angulation prevents excessive elongation. This projection complements standard Waters. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
