Position: Tunnel Knee Beclere

The Beclere projection demonstrates the intercondylar fossa with the patient supine. It is used when kneeling positions are not possible. Proper angulation prevents distortion. This projection evaluates loose bodies and notch pathology. It is a recognized ARRT competency.
