Position: Lateral Skull Neonatal

The neonatal lateral skull projection demonstrates cranial sutures and soft tissues. It evaluates trauma and hydrocephalus. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements AP neonatal skull. It is used in pediatric imaging.
