Position: Lateral Mobile Wrist

The lateral mobile wrist projection demonstrates the wrist in profile using a horizontal beam. It evaluates fractures and dislocations. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements AP mobile wrist. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
