Position: Waters Facial Bones

The Waters projection demonstrates maxillary sinuses and orbital floors. Proper chin elevation projects petrous ridges below the sinuses. This projection evaluates fractures and sinusitis. It complements Caldwell and lateral views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
