Position: Trauma AP Lumbar Spine

The trauma AP lumbar spine projection evaluates fractures and alignment. It is performed without moving the patient. Proper centering ensures visualization of L1 through L5. This projection complements lateral trauma views. It is a core ARRT requirement.
