Position: Trauma AP Hand

The trauma AP hand projection evaluates fractures and soft tissue injuries. It is performed without repositioning the fingers. Proper centering ensures visualization of all phalanges. This projection complements oblique and lateral trauma views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
