Position: Trauma AP Foot

The trauma AP foot projection evaluates fractures and foreign bodies. It is performed without repositioning the foot. Proper centering ensures visualization of all metatarsals. This projection complements oblique and lateral trauma views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
