Position: Small Bowel PA
The PA small bowel projection improves bowel separation and reduces magnification. It is used for serial imaging during transit studies. Proper centering follows contrast progression. This projection evaluates Crohn disease and obstruction. It is a core ARRT fluoroscopy competency.
