Position: Pediatric Shoulder AP

The pediatric AP shoulder projection evaluates fractures and dislocations. Proper centering includes the proximal humerus and glenoid. Immobilization prevents motion. This projection complements lateral and Y views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
