Position: Pediatric Forearm Lateral

The pediatric lateral forearm projection demonstrates the radius and ulna in profile. It evaluates fractures and soft tissue swelling. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements AP views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
