Position: Pediatric Chest Oblique

The pediatric oblique chest projection is used when rotation is needed to separate overlapping anatomy. It helps evaluate lung lesions or mediastinal masses. Proper immobilization prevents motion. This projection complements AP and lateral views. It is recognized on ARRT pediatric exams.
