Position: PA Sinuses Caldwell
The Caldwell sinus projection demonstrates frontal and ethmoid sinuses. A horizontal beam shows air fluid levels. Proper angulation prevents petrous ridge overlap. This projection complements Waters. It is a standard ARRT requirement.
