Position: PA Axial Skull Caldwell

The Caldwell projection uses a caudal angle to project petrous ridges into the lower orbits. It evaluates frontal sinuses and orbital margins. Proper positioning prevents distortion. This projection complements Waters and lateral views. It is a core ARRT competency.
