Position: Orbits Rhese

The Rhese projection demonstrates the optic foramen. The head is rotated 37 degrees to align the orbit with the beam. This projection evaluates optic canal pathology. Proper positioning is critical for accurate visualization. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
