Position: Oblique Ribs Posterior

Posterior oblique rib projections rotate the patient 45 degrees to demonstrate axillary ribs. They evaluate fractures and lesions. Proper rotation prevents superimposition. These projections complement AP rib views. They are frequently tested on ARRT exams.
