Position: Lateral Sinuses Trauma
The lateral trauma sinus projection demonstrates all sinus groups with a horizontal beam. It evaluates hemorrhage and fractures. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements AP trauma sinuses. It is recognized on ARRT exams.
