Position: Interventional Nephrostogram AP

The AP nephrostogram evaluates the renal collecting system via nephrostomy tube. It identifies obstruction, leaks, and stone disease. Proper centering ensures visualization of the kidney and ureter. This projection is essential for urologic intervention. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
