Position: Fluoro Small Bowel AP

The AP small bowel projection evaluates transit time and mucosal patterns. Serial images track contrast progression. This projection identifies obstruction and inflammatory disease. Proper timing is essential. It is a standard ARRT fluoroscopy requirement.
