Position: Axillary Shoulder West Point Prone
The prone West Point projection demonstrates the anterior inferior glenoid rim. It evaluates Bankart lesions. Proper positioning requires prone alignment with arm abducted. This projection complements axillary and Stryker notch. It is a recognized ARRT special view.
