Position: Axial Clavicle Trauma

The axial trauma clavicle projection uses a cephalic angle to project the clavicle above the ribs. It evaluates displaced fractures. Proper angulation prevents distortion. This projection complements AP trauma clavicle. It is recognized on ARRT exams.
