Position: AP Thoracic Spine Swimmers

The AP swimmers projection demonstrates the cervicothoracic junction from the front. It is used when lateral swimmers is insufficient. Proper centering ensures visualization of C7 to T3. This projection complements lateral swimmers. It is used in trauma imaging.
