Position: AP Skull Reverse Towne

The reverse Towne projection demonstrates the occipital bone when standard Towne cannot be performed. Proper angulation projects the dorsum sellae into the foramen magnum. This projection evaluates cranial base fractures. It complements standard Towne. It is recognized on ARRT exams.
