Position: AP Mobile Wrist

The AP mobile wrist projection evaluates fractures and carpal alignment. It is used when the patient cannot move the arm. Proper centering ensures diagnostic quality. This projection complements oblique and lateral mobile wrist. It is a recognized ARRT competency.
