Position: Sinuses Caldwell

The Caldwell sinus projection demonstrates frontal and ethmoid sinuses. It uses a horizontal beam to show air fluid levels. Proper angulation prevents petrous ridge overlap. This projection complements Waters and lateral views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
