Position: AP Hand Hyperflexion

The hyperflexion hand projection demonstrates the dorsal MCP joints. It evaluates soft tissue swelling and deformity. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements hyperextension hand. It is used in orthopedic assessment.
