Position: Orbits Modified Caldwell

The modified Caldwell projection demonstrates the orbital rims and floors. The beam is angled less steeply to reduce petrous ridge overlap. This projection evaluates blowout fractures and foreign bodies. Proper positioning prevents distortion. It is a standard ARRT competency.
