Position: Pediatric Scoliosis Lateral

The lateral scoliosis projection demonstrates spinal curvature in profile. It evaluates vertebral rotation and deformity. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements PA views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
