Position: Shoulder Stryker Notch
The Stryker notch projection demonstrates the humeral head for Hill Sachs lesions. The arm is flexed with the hand on the head. Proper beam angulation isolates the defect. This projection complements AP and axillary views. It is a recognized ARRT special projection.
