Position: ERCP Lateral

The lateral ERCP projection demonstrates the duodenum and biliary tree in profile. It evaluates ductal anatomy and pathology. Proper positioning prevents superimposition. This projection complements AP and oblique views. It is a recognized ARRT competency.
