Position: Barium Enema Decubitus Right

The right lateral decubitus projection demonstrates the medial ascending and lateral descending colon. A horizontal beam shows contrast layering. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements left decubitus views. It is a standard ARRT competency.
