Position: AP Axial Clavicle

The AP axial clavicle projection uses a cephalic angle to project the clavicle above the ribs. It evaluates fractures and joint alignment. Proper angulation prevents distortion. This projection complements AP clavicle. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
