Position: AP Shoulder Internal Rotation

The AP internal rotation shoulder projection demonstrates the lesser tubercle. It evaluates fractures and joint pathology. Proper positioning prevents distortion. This projection complements external rotation views. It is frequently tested on ARRT exams.
