Position: AP Knee

The AP knee projection demonstrates the distal femur, proximal tibia, and joint space. Proper centering ensures diagnostic quality. This projection evaluates fractures, arthritis, and alignment. It complements lateral and oblique views. It is a core ARRT competency.
