Position: AP Pelvis Frog Bilateral

The bilateral frog pelvis projection demonstrates both femoral heads in abduction. It evaluates pediatric hip dysplasia. Proper positioning prevents rotation. This projection complements AP pelvis. It is recognized on ARRT exams.
